PRESS-INFO for PHOTO-ART-2010

Ernst Brunzlik was born in 1936. For 34 years he has been workin for a
press-agency, first as a photographer, later as creative editor. That way
he had a lot of experience with very different media. The last years he has
experimented exclusively with digital photography. The results can be seen in:

The amount of yearly accumulating pictures made it neccessary to
restructure the homepage for this and the following years. Ernst Brunzlik
decided to arrange most of his work in the homepage Photo-Art-2010
into four different theme-groups. Their titles are:

Abstracts;    Fantasy Worlds;    Magic Objects;     Flower Power.

These four theme-groups with their selected pictures make the work of
Ernst Brunzlik a lot more straightforward. The groups contain - in the
opinion of the artist - his important pictures.

Twelve selected works of Ernst Brunzlik are to be seen since Fall of 2009
in the MOCA - Museum of Computer Art, New York. He is furthermore
represented with diverse of his pictures at Saatchi-online-Gallery, London,
at ARTSLANT.COM in New York and at Artring.net and ZeigDeineKunst.de
in Germany.

Aside from that Ernst Brunzlik has participated in several collective expositions
of the MOCA in Brooklyn on location with one or two of his selected pictures.
He received two honorable mentions in 2009 and 2010 for his pictures from the jury.
At the "Digital Olympiad 2010", an exhibition of the MOCA in March 2010 ,
he received a Goldmedal for his picture Alchemy from the group Magic Objects.

In his early digital collages Ernst Brunzlik places everyday things in a new context,
thereby creating new picture-worlds. Colours play an important part in his works
from the beginning, because they can seduce the spectator into far-flung
associations. Applied deftly at times and very subtly at others, the colours
create spaces - open to the fantasy and creativity of whoever views the images.
The emotional effect of the colours is predominant in the Abstracts, where it will
enhance one, if one is willing.
Ernst Brunzlik has created more than 180 high resolution photos, and they become
more with every month. The pictures can be printed size 30 x 40 cm, size 50 x 66,5 cm
and size 75 x 100 cm.
The number of prints per motiv is strictly limited to fifty copies!

All photos have the signature " E B " in the right lower corner of the picture
and an invisible Digimarc to prevent copyright-offences.

In the year 2008 Ernst Brunzlik had his first exposition in the HypoVereinsbank
on Romanplatz in München, from January 7. to February 1. under the title:
